Job Description
Join a leading precast concrete company specializing in the production of concrete slabs primarily for commercial buildings. As a General Laborer, you will be involved in various tasks ranging from moving rebar through the facility to setting forms and pouring concrete. This role requires consistent lifting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some candidates may receive training as a carpenter to build and set concrete forms for production.

This position involves working 50% indoors and 50% outdoors. Setting forms and pouring concrete takes place inside the manufacturing facility, while staging and shipping dried concrete slabs occur outside in the yard. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. PPE such as hard hats, vests, and glasses will be provided. You will be working with a team of 2-3 other people, with a total of about 70 people throughout the facility.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00
