**Job Title: General Labor** **Job Description** We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as General Laborers in Walcott, IA. The role involves mounting and making tires for tractors, heavy equipment, skid steers, and forklifts. This is a physically demanding position that requires lifting heavy products and materials. **Responsibilities** + Lift products or materials weighing up to 70 lbs, up to 30 times per hour. + Bar code parts numbers for shipping. + Lift large tires and hubs up to 60 lbs, up to 30 times per hour. + Stack assemblies on skids for shipping. + Assemble and install valve stems. + Clean and sweep the work area. + Mount large and small agriculture tires. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, warehouse, and general labor roles. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Skills in assembly and loading. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to lift 80+ lbs up to 30 times per hour. **Why Work Here?** This is an entry-level role with no prior experience required, offering an opportunity to start on the first shift. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays if business demands increase. The company is family-owned and places a high value on promoting from within. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Walcott, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
