**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Pay: $23 per hour** **Duration: Over 2 Months** **Hours: 40+ hours per week** **Job Description:** Join our team in the construction of a cutting-edge 150MW solar array featuring 235,000 solar panels! We are seeking dedicated candidates to contribute to the successful completion of this exciting project. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Site cleanup and organization + Wire management and stringing + Inverter installation + Trenching and conduit bending + Material staging and handling + Various other labor duties as needed **Qualifications:** + Prior construction or related experience (landscaping, large mechanical assembly, warehouse work) is highly preferred. + Ability to commit to a full-time schedule, working 40+ hours per week. + Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history without significant gaps. **Skills:** + General construction skills + Strong labor skills and work ethic **Experience Level:** + Entry Level—ideal for those looking to gain valuable experience in the renewable energy sector. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
