**Job Title: General Labor Workers** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated General Labor Workers who are ready to join our team. This entry-level position does not require prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training. You will work in a clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility, ensuring a comfortable work environment. **Responsibilities** + Work with the team to treat glass for final shipment. + Collaborate with the team to receive inventory from trucks. + Read and interpret basic work instructions for manufacturing. + Use a tape measure to perform quality inspections on the final product. + Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to measure thickness. **Essential Skills** + Ability to pass a tape measure test (4 basic questions). + Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts. + Ability to read and understand basic work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required. + No prior experience needed. **Why Work Here?** We offer yearly pay increases, zero premium health insurance including full family coverage, and the option to purchase premium coverage at a reduced deductible. Shifts available are Monday to Friday, with day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (guaranteed overtime) and night shifts starting between 5:00 PM and 3:00 AM. We have 7 openings for day shifts and 3 openings for night shifts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $17.50/hr.
