Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer for the 1st shift to work in a Feed Mill. The candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and packaging products while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP) and other regulatory requirements. Duties include operating equipment such as bagging, batching, mixing, and liquid systems, as well as completing daily housekeeping tasks and documenting activities.

Work Environment
Candidates will be working outdoors within the Mill, in an enclosed building with open doors, so they must be comfortable working in various weather conditions. The 1st shift hours are from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with opportunities for increased pay when transitioning to direct employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lodi, Wisconsin.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
