**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position involves performing various cleaning duties, assisting with production and shipping tasks, and operating machinery. If you are willing to learn and can work a rotating 12-hour schedule, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning duties both inside and outside of the facility. + Assist with production and shipping department duties. + Operate forklift or bobcat as required after training. + Perform general painting throughout the facility. + Learn to operate machinery to assist in the production process. **Essential Skills** + Availability for overtime. + Willingness to learn. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. + Open to learning how to operate forklifts and other machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. + Organizational skills. + Good communication skills. + Problem-solving abilities. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Experience with packaging, construction, hand tools, RF scanners, order picking, inventory management, pallet jack, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive pay increase to at least $22 an hour after 90 days.
