**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Work in modern production spaces with cutting-edge equipment and amenities. Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete while maintaining a safe environment. Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices. Operate mobile equipment and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand. Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms. Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed. **Responsibilities** + Set up molds for concrete casting. + Assemble rebar cages. + Pour and finish concrete. + Maintain a safe working environment. + Operate various hand and power tools. + Utilize measuring devices accurately. + Operate mobile equipment and cranes. + Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand. + Access and work on scaffolds and elevated platforms. + Perform general laborer duties and special projects as needed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general construction. + Proficiency with tape measures and hand tools. + Knowledge of power tools and rebar assembly. + Ability to operate mobile equipment and cranes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor and production tasks. + Concrete finishing skills. + Ability to assist carpenters as needed. **Why Work Here?** Working in a brand-new production facility with modern amenities.
