**Job Title: General Laborer** **If you're interested in hearing more about this position, apply today!** **Job Description** We seek a General Laborer to produce high-end rubber strips for automotive and non-automotive companies. The rubber is primarily used for hoses, seals, and gaskets in cars, particularly where oil is involved. You will rotate between tasks every few hours to ensure variety in your workday. Candidates should be aware that it is a dirty environment. **Hard Skills** + Weighing out chemicals based on batch needs + Mixing chemicals together + Adding chemicals to a container + Packaging rubber strips into cardboard or plastic boxes + Using a forklift to move full containers (training provided for sit-down, gas forklifts) + Ensuring the machine runs smoothly + Taking measurement checks to ensure product thickness **Work Environment** Hours: + 1st shift: 6am - 2pm M-F ($21.62/hour) + 2nd shift: 2pm - 10pm M-F ($21.62/hour + $0.50 shift differential) + Dress code: steel toes, jeans, and a work shirt **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
