**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are looking for a dedicated General Laborer to perform a variety of cleaning duties both inside and outside of the facility, assist with production and shipping department duties, and operate machinery such as forklifts or bobcats after training. The ideal candidate will be motivated, flexible, and willing to learn. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning duties inside and outside of the facility. + Assist with production and shipping department duties. + Operate forklift or bobcat as required after training. + Perform general painting throughout the facility. + Learn to operate machinery to assist in the production process. **Essential Skills** + Availability for overtime. + Willingness to learn new skills. + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. + Open to learning how to operate forklifts and other machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus. + Experience in packaging, construction, picking, hand tools, RF scanner, order picking, inventory, pallet jack, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive pay increase to $23 an hour after 90 days, along with union membership, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and 401k match benefits. Additionally, employees receive a raise after 90 days. **Work Environment** This position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule, with shifts from 7am to 7pm for 7 days followed by 4 days off, then switching to 7pm to 7am for another 7 days. Candidates must be open to working both 1st and 3rd shifts and be able to work overtime.
