**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our Cabinet Division as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in painting, assembling, and disassembling cabinet parts. Training will be provided for hand spraying materials, ensuring you can create stain/paint colors that match customer orders exactly. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-quality, pre-finished hardwood moldings and other wood products in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Responsibilities** + Apply paint using a hand-held spray gun for cabinet parts. + Assemble and disassemble product lines. + Hand scuff and hand sand various profiles and cabinets. + Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). + Measure quantities of ingredients to create specific stain/paint colors. + Follow safety procedures in handling stains. + Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. + Perform other duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Basic math skills. + Ability to use measurement devices. + Computer skills. + Ability to read work instructions. + Experience in hand sanding/scuffing and using power tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with paints or stains, finishing cabinets or flooring, or painting cars/car parts. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds. + Comfortable with repetitive motion tasks. + Steady hand for detailed work. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working independently in a supportive environment with opportunities for advancement. Shifts available are 1st shift (6am – 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm – 10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm – 6am) with potential for overtime.
