**General Laborer – Immediate Start – $21-$24/hr** We are seeking a motivated **Concrete Laborer** to join our team in **Newman Lake, WA** . This is an **on-site, immediate start** position with competitive pay ranging from **$21 to $24 per hour** depending on experience. The ideal candidate will work with cutting-edge equipment and amenities, performing a variety of concrete-related tasks, including mold setup, rebar assembly, concrete pouring, and finishing. **Key Responsibilities** : + Set up molds for concrete production. + Assemble rebar cages for reinforced concrete structures. + Pour and finish concrete according to project specifications. + Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. + Use measuring devices for accurate layout and placement. + Operate mobile equipment and cranes for lifting and moving materials. + Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand. + Access scaffold and elevated work platforms to complete tasks safely. + Perform general labor duties and assist with special projects as needed. **Qualifications** : + Prior experience in concrete work or general construction preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions. + Comfort working at elevated heights (scaffolding, work platforms). + Strong attention to safety and detail. + Reliable transportation to the work site in Newman Lake, WA. + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
