Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in the production, finishing, and distribution of high-quality printed materials. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, work in a team environment, and grow within the company.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and maintain offset web presses to produce high-quality printed materials.Assist the press crew in the operation and maintenance of printing machines.Stack and bind printed sheets to prepare them for finishing.Operate various finishing machines such as stitchers, folders, perfect binders, polybaggers, cutters, mailers, shrink wrappers, tippers, CT trimmer, drills, and other finishing equipment.Prep finished materials for distribution.Assist with the setup and operation of finishing machines.Operate forklifts for distribution tasks.Essential Skills6 months of previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.Good mechanical aptitude.Willingness to learn.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work well in a team environment.Flexibility to work rotating shifts.Attention to detail and quality.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work hours are on a rotating shift basis. Day shifts run from 6am to 6pm with a rotating schedule between the front and back half of the week. Night shifts are from 6pm to 6am, Monday to Thursday. The work environment includes frequent interaction with various machinery and equipment, ensuring a dynamic and hands-on experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00
