Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level General Laborer to clean and prepare steel forms used for concrete projects globally. The role involves cleaning and preparing forms for painting and repair, assembling and disassembling components, and operating material handling equipment.
ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare steel forms for concrete projects.Prepare forms for painting and repair.Assemble, disassemble, and replace components as required.Move and stack parts efficiently.Operate material handling equipment.Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts.Ensure adherence to all operational procedures.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand tools.Basic knowledge of construction and general labor.Ability to use a tape measure accurately.General tool knowledge.Additional Skills & QualificationsGood work ethic.Background in construction is a plus.Experience in general manufacturing or concrete work.Ability to operate power tools and forklifts.High school diploma or equivalent.Capability to perform physical labor and strenuous tasks.Ability to work in various weather conditions.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Punctuality and reliability.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
