**Job Title: General Production Laborers** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Front/Back End Laborers responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operating production machinery in our manufacturing facility. The role includes housekeeping, operating bodymakers and trimmers, performing quality inspections, and assisting with coil changes. **Responsibilities** + Housekeeping in the front-end area, including sweeping, mopping, wiping equipment, and picking up cans and metal scrap. + Operating bodymakers (7) and clearing jams as directed by the front-end maintainer. + Performing quality inspections such as wall thickness measurement, dome depth measurements, and visual attribute inspections. + Operating trimmers (7) and clearing jams as directed by the front-end maintainer. + Performing quality inspections including trimmed height, visual attribute inspections, and cut edge inspections. + Assisting with coil changes and cup visual attribute inspections. + Loading coils to be run, documenting equipment downtime, and entering quality checks in the computer system. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Proficiency with hand tools. + Experience in quality inspection and sanitation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing experience. + Willingness to perform janitorial duties. + Strong quality control experience. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including free company-paid health insurance for employees.
