**General Laborer/1st and 3rd shift now hiring!** **Mansfield, OH or surrounding areas** **Call 330 842 4436** **Responsibilities** + Assemble custom window frames from start to finish. + Utilize tape measure and other measurement tools to ensure parts are measured to specification. + Perform quality checks on all completed windows. + Utilize table saw and various hand and power tools (table/trim saws, vertical/horizontal sanders, air nailers, etc.). + Utilize carts and material handling equipment to move windows over 50lbs throughout the facility. + Perform final quality checks on windows before being prepped for shipment. + Assist with other general labor tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + At least one year of production/manufacturing experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Attention to detail and a quality mindset. + Ability to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift. + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and perform tasks while seated. + Willingness to work overtime and some hours on weekends. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with blueprints. + Experience in finishing and grinding. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a family-feel atmosphere where the company works with employees to help them succeed.
