**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated General Laborer/Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves sorting and grading metals, working directly with customers to receive incoming products, and handling materials in a busy warehouse environment. Safety is our top priority, and you will receive extensive safety training during your first few days. **Responsibilities** + Sort and grade metals + Work directly with customers to receive incoming products + Lift up to 50lbs with materials + Operate a sit-down, gas-powered forklift after proper training + Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety protocols **Essential Skills** + Experience in materials handling, general labor, and warehouse operations + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Basic mechanical knowledge + Ability to work in roles exposed to the elements + Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, landscaping/hardscaping, or the logging industry is beneficial + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions + Ability to interface with customers professionally **Why Work Here?** We pride ourselves on maintaining an extremely safe working environment. Safety gear, including steel-toed boots, safety glasses, a hard hat, a high-visibility vest, and gloves, is required and provided (except for boots). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Concord, New Hampshire. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
