**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Currently seeking a General Laborer to help with insulating HVAC units using a sprayer and assisting around the shop with sweeping, basic assembly, and clean-up tasks so other assemblers can continue their work. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into other areas. **Responsibilities** + Insulate HVAC units using a sprayer. + Assist with sweeping, basic assembly, and clean-up tasks around the shop. + Help other assemblers maintain their workflow. **Essential Skills** + General labor + Packing + Shrink wrap + Assembly + Warehouse + HVAC sheet metal + Cleaning **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must have at least 1-2 years of manufacturing experience. + Candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry are strongly preferred. + A good attitude, a willingness to learn, and an ability to repeatedly execute a nice, crisp high-five. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a dynamic work environment similar to a 'work hard, play hard' culture. The shift is from 3pm - 1am, Monday through Thursday, with a 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks. The dress code is casual, and steel toe boots are required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
