**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** The contractor will assist in remodeling trailers used on construction sites, schools, and for disaster relief. Flexibility in job functions and a willingness to get dirty are required. Tasks include cleaning returned trailers, replacing windows, AC units, sheet metal, tile, wood panels, lights, door knobs, doors, and performing plumbing tasks for sinks and toilets. Painting both the interior and exterior of trailers, including wood panels, bumpers, hitch, and wheels, is also part of the job. Additionally, the contractor will work around the facility, cleaning grounds, the shop, and the office, as no cleaning company is employed. **Responsibilities** + Clean trailers when returned from sites. + Replace windows, AC units, sheet metal, tile, wood panels, lights, door knobs, and doors. + Perform plumbing tasks for sinks and toilets. + Paint inside and outside of trailers, including wood panels, bumpers, hitch, and wheels. + Work around the facility, cleaning grounds, the shop, and the office. + Perform framing, door hanging, and light plug-and-play plumbing for sinks and toilets. + Install vinyl flooring and carpet squares. + Repair trim, wood, and paint touch-up spots outside the trailers. + Set up trailers with furniture based on customer preferences, including desks, chairs, TVs, and coffee stations. **Essential Skills** + Experience using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure. + 2-3 years of construction or outside manual labor experience. + Experience in remodeling, carpentry, or related fields is preferred. + Ability to work with minimal guidance. + Good soft skills and a willingness to work as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a cleaning company can be beneficial. + Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and a dynamic work environment. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay and benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 4 PM. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
