**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and performing preventative maintenance on personal care/landscape equipment. These equipment will be for rental and need to be operational. Candidates will be visually inspecting and performing basic repairs as needed. Candidates with no prior experience will still be considered if they have the right attitude and willingness to learn. Since clients will be coming and going, someone with an aptitude for Customer Service is important. Candidates must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and clean personal care/landscape equipment + Perform preventative maintenance on rental equipment + Visually inspect equipment and perform basic repairs as needed + Assist customers with rentals and provide excellent customer service + Work both indoors and outdoors as required **Essential Skills** + General labor + Power tool operation + Hand tool operation + Production experience + 6+ months of experience operating power tools/hand tools (hobbyist for building bikes or cars) + Assembly skills + Construction experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Positive attitude and willingness to learn + Customer service skills **Why Work Here?** The company fosters a positive work environment where hard work is rewarded, and employees are supported by their entire team. Candidates will be working in the shop or outside yard to maintain equipment and prepare for customer pick up. The dress code is casual, and steel toe boots are required. There are two different shifts available: 6:30am - 3pm or 8:30am - 5pm. The team currently consists of 5 full-time staff and 2 part-time employees. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
