**Job Title: General Laborer** **Pay:** $18/hr **Location:** Eldorado, IL **Job Description** We have a 125MW (phase 2) project in Eldorado, IL, and are seeking dedicated general laborers to join our job site crews. As a general laborer, you will be involved in various tasks such as racking, installing modules, tear downs, and quality control. **Responsibilities** + Perform racking and installation of solar modules + Assist with tear downs and quality control procedures + Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively + Work with concrete, carpentry, and assembly tasks + Measure accurately using tape measures **Essential Skills** + Experience working as a laborer + Experience on a construction site or outdoor work + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Safety conscious mindset **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of solar installation + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Understanding of racking and module installation + Experience with concrete work and carpentry **Why Work Here?** Candidates will have the opportunity to work extensively throughout the contract duration and earn a substantial amount of money.
