**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. The role involves performing general labor duties such as drilling, cutting, and fabrication. You will assist welders and fabricators with their daily tasks, prepare materials and tools needed for welding and fabrication, and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, equipment, and tools. Additionally, you will load and unload materials, operate basic hand and power tools, follow safety protocols, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. **Responsibilities** + Assist welders and fabricators with daily tasks + Prepare materials and tools needed for welding and fabrication + Load and unload materials and products + Operate basic hand and power tools + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings + Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications + Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards + Identify and report any issues or defects in the assembly process **Essential Skills** + Experience with general labor duties + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings + Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality standards + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks + Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed **Why Work Here?** Our company has a great reputation within the industry, offering good benefits and pay progression.
