This role involves various tasks essential for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Candidates will be performing a range of duties including cleaning, sweeping, painting, washing walls, trash cleanup, shoveling, and other general maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and washing walls. + Paint designated areas as required. + Handle trash cleanup and shoveling. + Undertake random cleanups and general maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor tasks. + Proficiency in cleaning and painting. + Ability to operate a forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good work history. + Reliability and punctuality. + Ability to understand and complete tasks without complaints. **Work Environment** The job involves 90% indoor work with occasional outdoor tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.56 - $24.56/hr.
