**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a hardworking and motivated General Laborer to perform various cleaning duties both inside and outside of our facility, assist with production and shipping department duties, and operate machinery such as forklifts or bobcats after training. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. **Responsibilities** + Perform general cleaning duties inside and outside of the facility. + Assist with production and shipping department tasks. + Operate forklift or bobcat as required after training. + Perform general painting throughout the facility. + Learn to operate machinery to assist in the production process. **Essential Skills** + Availability for overtime. + Willingness to learn new skills. + Comfortable lifting 50lbs. + Open to learning how to operate forklifts and other machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production or manufacturing experience is a plus. + Experience with packaging, construction, picking, hand tools, RF scanners, order picking, inventory, pallet jack, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. **Why Work Here?** We offer a competitive pay increase to at least $22 an hour after 90 days, union membership, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits, and a 401k match. Candidates must be open to both first and third shifts and be able to work overtime. The work environment includes the use of various tools and machinery, and candidates must be comfortable lifting up to 75lbs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.65 - $19.65/hr.
