Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction sets us apart in the industry. **Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Yard Laborer. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** + Loading and Unloading: Efficiently loading and unloading formwork when it arrives back in the yard from various sites. + Cleaning and Maintenance: Using hand tools to clean the formwork and remove all concrete residue, ensuring it is ready for the next use. + Variety of Tasks: Breaking down forms, counting inventory, washing concrete off, and sorting materials. + Equipment Management: Assisting in re-renting, repairing, or disposing of equipment as needed. **Skills and Qualifications:** + Essential Skills: Construction labor, general labor, power washing, concrete finishing, construction yard work, lifting, hand tools, landscaping, outdoor work, assembling, loading, inventory management, and unloading. + Top Skills: Construction labor, general labor, power washing. **Additional Qualifications:** + Experience working on a construction site or in a hot warehouse environment. + Ability to work outside in various weather conditions. + Previous experience with hand tools. + Capable of heavy lifting and manual labor. + Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. + Must have own steel-toe boots. **Experience Level:** + Entry Level: Ideal for individuals with some outdoor labor experience looking to start or grow their career in construction. **Work Hours:** + Standard hours are 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed. + Currently seeking candidates for a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM shift. Flexibility to work this schedule is preferred. **Attendance and Punctuality:** + Punctuality is crucial. Candidates must be able to arrive 5-10 minutes early every day.
