As a General Laborer, you'll be responsible for stacking and keeping glass racks full of product and performing basic pultrusion machine operations. You'll work with fiberglass across three different areas: lifting 30-50 lbs, machine operating (pultrusion) lifting 20-40 lbs, and cutoff lifting up to 80 lbs. **Responsibilities** + 📦 Stack and keep glass racks full of product. + 🛠️ Perform basic pultrusion machine operations. + 💪 Work with fiberglass in lifting, machine operating, and cutoff areas. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing experience + Production experience + Assembly skills + General labor experience + Experience with power tools + Ability to use a tape measure + Experience with pultrusion, hand and power tools, and basic math skills + Experience with fiberglass, machine operating, and construction **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 📋 6-12 months of consistent work history in any given field + 🏭 At least 3 years of manufacturing experience with 1 year consistently at one job + 🚜 Any type of farmhand experience + 📏 Ability to read calipers is a plus **Why Work Here?** + 🌟 Enjoy three raises in your first year at 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year, ranging from $0.50 to $1.00 per hour. + 📈 This role provides a clear path for growth and advancement within the company. **Work Environment** + This position requires constant standing, moderate to heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds depending on the department), and bending. + The work environment involves exposure to noise, dust, fiberglass, and resin chemicals due to the manufacturing process of fiberglass, but you will not handle these directly. + The pultrusion area has a strong odor. + Safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection are required. + It is recommended to wear jeans and a long sleeve shirt due to the fiberglass.
