**General Laborer** **Pay:** $20-23/hr, depending on experience **Shift:** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, M-F **Location:** Tulalip, WA **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facility Maintenance Laborer to assist our maintenance team. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance and a thorough understanding of the products and equipment used in manufacturing. **Responsibilities** + Perform routine maintenance tasks using basic hand and power tools. + Read and understand a tape measure for accurate measurements. + Follow verbal instructions in English and communicate effectively. + Lift and move objects weighing at least 50 pounds. + Operate a forklift (certification preferred). **Essential Skills** + Ability to speak, read, and write in English. + Basic hand and power tool operation skills. + Proficiency in reading and understanding tape measures. + Self-starter with the ability to work alone when necessary. + Thorough understanding of manufacturing products and equipment. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Strong time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift certification preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive and collaborative team that values your contributions. Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The job requires manual dexterity to use tools and equipment and a clean and organized workspace. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
