Job Title: Solar Laborer

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Laborer to join our team for a 125MW (phase 2) project in Eldorado, IL. The successful candidate will work extensively on-site for the length of the contract and have the opportunity to earn a substantial income.

ResponsibilitiesPerform tasks such as racking, installing modules, tear downs, and quality control.Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.Assist with concrete work, assembly, and carpentry as needed.Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations.Essential SkillsExperience working as a laborer.Experience working on a construction site or in an outdoor environment.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Comfortable working in various weather conditions.Safety-conscious mindset.Work Environment

You will be working in an outdoor environment, which may involve exposure to heat and other weather conditions. Work hours are from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday, but are subject to change based on the project schedule.

This is a Contract position based out of Eldorado, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
