**Job Title:** Retail Associate (Part-Time) **Location:** Louisville, KY **Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour **Availability:** Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays **Job Description:** **We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team at our liquor store in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have a good knowledge of our product range, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.** **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet customers and provide assistance in selecting products. + Maintain knowledge of the store's products to assist customers effectively. + Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately. + Stock shelves, restock coolers, and ensure the store is clean and organized. + Assist with inventory management and order processing. + Maintain compliance with local and state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol. + Promote special offers and new products to customers. + Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. + Adhere to all safety and operational procedures of the store. **Requirements:** + Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Must be 21 years of age or older. + Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. + Ability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. + Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. **Benefits:** + Competitive pay rate. + Flexible scheduling.
