Hours: 7AM - 4:30PM // Monday - Friday
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in a large manufacturing facility specializing in custom cabinets. Candidates will initially start in the trim department with opportunities for advancement to other departments over time. This role involves working across various departments throughout the day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
ResponsibilitiesFollow job instructions meticulously, inspect own work process carefully, and maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.Orbital sanding of edges of doors and headers.Inspect loose components and perform necessary repairs.Catch panels off panel sander.Hang components onto a paint line.Install hinges onto doors.Measure components, correspond order form with product, install shelves, roll tray tracks, and inner components.Screw in roll tray tracks, hang doors, and install drawers.Package finished cabinets into cardboard boxes.Quickly remove stain from the front and back of each component by going with the grain of the wood.Remove excess glaze on the face of each component, allowing glaze to remain in natural areas of the doors.Sand with the grain, working from the outer edge to the center of the component, and determine which sandpaper to use with each wood or stain type.Qualifications6 months of previous work experience.Experience in construction, packaging, general production, cabinetry, cabinet building, or cabinet manufacturing.Ability to pass a tape measure test.Demonstrated longevity in previous roles.APPLY NOW!!!Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
