This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a team setting and is committed to continuous improvement. **Shift Details:** + **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + **Overtime:** Occasional overtime may be required. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Efficiency:** Meet or exceed team performance goals for output per unit, ensuring productivity is aligned with daily targets. + **Quality Assurance:** Adhere to the organization’s Quality Management System and maintain high standards of quality control. Ensure your work area remains organized and follows 5S standards. + **Sustainability:** Contribute to sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives. + **Teamwork:** Work effectively within a team, maintaining strong communication with supervisors and team members. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes and productivity. + **Task Proficiency:** Master all areas of responsibility and demonstrate technical proficiency in your tasks, including repetitive assembly, reading and interpreting blueprints, and using small parts and hand tools. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. + Experience in repetitive assembly tasks, with a focus on precision and quality. + Comfort with tasks that involve sitting, bending, crimping, and working with small parts and hand tools. + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. + Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment and communicate effectively. **Job Type:** Contract-to-Hire (6-month duration) **Work Environment:** This is an on-site position in a clean, well-lit environment, akin to a cleanroom setting, as you will be working with medical devices.
