We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Team Member to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your team to assemble medical devices, ensuring high-quality output in a clean, organized, and safe environment. Shift Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMOvertime: Occasional overtime may be required.Key Responsibilities:
Efficiency: Meet or exceed team performance goals for output per unit, ensuring productivity is aligned with daily targets.Quality Assurance: Adhere to the organization’s Quality Management System and maintain high standards of quality control. Ensure your work area remains organized and follows 5S standards.Sustainability: Contribute to sustainability efforts, including waste reduction and recycling initiatives.Teamwork: Work effectively within a team, maintaining strong communication with supervisors and team members. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes and productivity.Task Proficiency: Master all areas of responsibility and demonstrate technical proficiency in your tasks, including repetitive assembly, reading and interpreting blueprints, and using small parts and hand tools.Job Type:
Contract-to-Hire (6-month duration)
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00
