Our client, a leading player in the medical supply industry, is seeking a General Laborer Heavy Lifting to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** General Laborer Heavy Lifting **Location:** Covington, GA **Pay Range:** $16.00 per hour **Schedule:** 8pm-6:30am Monday-Thursday **What's the Job?** + Processing customer orders, including scanning barcodes, labeling boxes, and preparing packages for shipment. + Palletizing products, ensuring accurate retrieval and placement of completed orders on pallets. + Operating material handling equipment and performing dock manifest duties. + Maintaining a clean and organized work area in accordance with Quality System Regulations (QSR). + Adhering to safety practices and ensuring a safe working environment. **What's Needed?** + Ability to effectively communicate ideas and work well with others. + **Must be able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly for the duration of your shift** + Basic analytical and organizational skills. + Familiarity with operating material handling equipment and RF scanners. + High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. + Gain valuable experience in warehouse operations and material handling. + Be part of a team that values safety and quality. + Potential for contract-to-hire opportunities.
