**Job Title: General Laborer - $22/hr** **Job Description** As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for replacing old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric while holding inventory. This position requires heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds repetitively and working in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a team to complete a specific number of swaps within a set timeframe. Additionally, you will maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Replace old yellow fabric with new yellow fabric holding inventory + Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively + Work in a loud and fast-paced environment + Collaborate with a team to complete a certain amount of swaps in a specific time + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools + Commercial construction and assembly experience + Ability to lift, pull, push, and use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks + Punctuality and reliability + Safety consciousness + Team player mentality + Ability to read a tape measure + Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs **Work Environment** The work environment is climate-controlled and takes place in a warehouse setting. It is loud and can be chaotic. The facility consists of 5 floors, and candidates are expected to walk up stairs. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Harvey, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
