Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

Work in modern production spaces with cutting-edge equipment and amenities. Set up molds, assemble rebar cages, pour and finish concrete, and maintain a safe environment. Operate a range of hand and power tools, and measuring devices. Operate mobile equipment and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strand. Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms. Take on general laborer duties and special projects as needed.

ResponsibilitiesSet up molds for concrete production.Assemble rebar cages.Pour and finish concrete.Operate a range of hand and power tools.Utilize measuring devices for accurate work.Operate mobile equipment and cranes.Work safely around suspended loads and high-tension strand.Access scaffold and other elevated work platforms.Perform general laborer duties and assist carpenters.Take on special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in general construction.Proficiency in using a tape measure.Skilled in operating hand tools.Knowledge of production and concrete work.Experience with power tools and rebar.Additional Skills & QualificationsPositions include general production workers, batch plant, drivers, concrete finishers, rigging crew, carpenters, welders, and mechanics.This role is specifically for general labor.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working indoors in a production environment. Assist with shoveling concrete in the production setting. No certifications are required. Steel-toed boots must be worn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newman Lake, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $24.00
