Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with the preparation and fabrication of sheet metal parts according to shop specifications.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment as directed by supervisors or team leads.
Support MIG welding operations; experience in MIG welding is a plus but not required.
Move materials, load and unload parts, and organize storage areas as needed.
Perform basic assembly tasks, including grinding, cutting, drilling, and deburring of metal parts.
Inspect parts and materials to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage of production.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and keep workstations clean and organized according to 5S standards.
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
Assist in inventory management and tracking of materials, ensuring proper usage and record-keeping.
Provide general support across the shop floor, helping with any duties required to maintain efficient production.
Participate in job shop improvement initiatives and suggest ways to improve processes.
Perform all tasks with a focus on quality, safety, and adherence to production schedules.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments within production timelines.
Teamwork: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
MIG Welding Skills: Experience in MIG welding is a plus, but not required.
