Spherion is hiring General Laborers in Spencerville, IN.

Pay is $16.50/HR

Shift is Monday - Friday 6AM - 3:30PM

Responsibilities:
Working on the overhead line loading brake calipers off the line and loading them onto paint lines and packaging finished parts.
Performing functions such as masking, de masking, paint touch-up, removing and packaging finished parts. ... Occasionally operating stationary or moving overhead hoists.
Maintaining general housekeeping within all areas of the facility including productions areas, warehouse/storage area, and waste disposal areas.
Wears proper safety equipment

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Basic math skills
Ability to learn and multitask

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Basic quality aspects of operation in several areas of the plant
Problem solving and multi-tasking abilities
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work against and meet deadline
Follow written and verbal instructions
Must be willing to work overtime as required to meet customer demands
