key responsibilities Assist in the setup and operation of box manufacturing machinery Load raw materials (cardboard, glue, etc.) onto production lines Perform manual tasks to support the production of boxes, including folding, stacking, and gluing Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure boxes meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping duties Assist with packaging and labeling finished boxes for shipment Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals experience

Production/Manufacturing

qualifications Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift boxes or materials up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a manufacturing or labor-intensive role (preferred but not required) Ability to operate basic machinery or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Good communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment share this job.
