As an Ōnin Teammate, you'll play a key part in the industrial painting, spraying, or sandblasting process, ensuring top-quality finishes for products.

Master the art of sandblasting and painting, ensuring a flawless finish on every project.Collaborate with colleagues to fabricate metal parts using hand and power tools.Maintain a keen eye for detail, performing quality control checks to guarantee all products meet specifications.Keep your work area organized and efficient, ensuring a smooth workflow.Prioritize safety as you work. Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Thrives in a hands-on, industrial, or manufacturing environment.Have a strong work ethic and take initiative.Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.Have flexibility for overtimeBe able to lift 10–20 lbs. repeatedly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Bonus points for experience in: welding, fabricating, cutting, coating, assembling metal parts, and using a sandblast machine.Don't worry if you haven't checked all the boxes! We're willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude.
