Responsibilities:
• Transition GL related activities into the BSC from US or EU sites
• Responsible for US GAAP lease accounting, reporting and analyses of data and other ad hoc requests for information for Real Estates, Vehicles and Equipments
• Stay current with leasing process updates to understand the entire process cycle from start to finish.
• Record monthly lease JE and complete lease account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
• Coordinate with respective Reporting Units worldwide to collect documents and data related to leasing activity such as entering into new leases, extensions, renewals, amendments, terminations, etc.
• Maintain lease data elements and documentation within LeaseAccelerator in a complete and accurate manner
• Ensure tasks are completed promptly and accurately, including processing receiving, and validating requests and adhering to organizational policies
• Handle various tasks such as reconciliations, processing requests, managing lease journals, posting transactions into ERP systems, and validating received input
• Perform quality checks with colleagues to minimize errors in processing
• Key team member in driving continuous improvement processes
• Support and train junior colleagues
• Support internal and external audits
• Prepare SOX controls

• Lead and participate in assigned lease projects
Expectations:
• 3+ years’ relevant experience is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics required (preferably in accounting)
• US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
• Strong general accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in data entry and management
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with stakeholders
• Strong bias for action and ability to proactively recognize and resolve issues through root cause analysis
