Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:Successful candidate will:Be capable of all aspects of advanced electronic/electrical maintenance on industrial equipment including reading/understanding electrical schematics.•\tHave complete knowledge of both mechanical and electronic principles as they apply to industrial machinery and controls, to include.\tDiagnosis and troubleshooting\tRepair of servo motors, electronic controls, processors, and other similar equipment.\tRepair of machinery•\tBe resourceful in locating information for repair of equipment. •\tPossess the skills and knowledge to perform this function without supervision.•\tBe self-motivated to complete proactive maintenance tasks and improvement projects.•\tBe able to program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers.•\tDisplay strong customer service skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.•\tMust be able to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.

Qualifications for the role

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Education: HS Diploma or equivalent and technical training in electronics: Associates Degree or higher in Electronics Technology preferred.Experience: 5 years Electrical, mechanical, and PLC experience Preferred. Computer experience and demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a team setting.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\tWork involves movement throughout the facility, including warehouses, offices and shop floor.\tCan perform work sitting or standing.\tMust be able to occasionally bend, squat, kneel and reach.\tMust be able to work in a stressful environment\tMust be able to travel occasionally\tMust be able to work at a computer station for long periods of time\tAbility to complete complex tasks under strict deadlines
