Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Thursday from 07:00am to 03:30am)Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site. Conduct preventative maintenance work. Be aware of safety and cleanliness concerns; Report to supervisor. Make suggestions for productivity improvements. Work with maintenance supervisor to guarantee that facility equipment is properly maintained.General Maintenance Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Maintenance. Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance. High attention to detail. Ability to make quick, good decisions. Strong organizational skills. Written and verbal communication skills. Customer service skills. Ability to work independently.
