The Role:

Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure a safe, clean, well maintained facility. Assists in installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment to smoothly produce once in a lifetime events for fans. Flexible schedule, with lots of hours available for the season!

Job Functions:

Keep the venue safe and functioning at all times by completing tasks assigned by manager including but not limited too power washing, blowing, removing debris and other tasks as described below.Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as collecting recycling or sorting trash to the correct place.Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section and picking up and properly storing event equipment.Clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting.High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.1+ experience in maintenance role or equivalent preferred.Attention to detail Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
