The ideal candidate will have general knowledge and understanding of general maintenance and electrical, a genuine passion to want to grow and develop their career in the engineering field, the ability to work quickly and effectively both alone or as part of a team, reliable and have good customer service skills. A formal HVAC related certification would be a bonus!

This is a full time position which requires full availabilty to work varying shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

What will I be doing?

\n

 As an Engineer, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nMaintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas\nRespond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment\nPerform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry\nConduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs\nRecord and report completed repairs and items that require further attention\nWhat are we looking for?
