Holds and maintains updated certification(s) related to trades. Coordinates a variety of repair and maintenance duties with minimal supervision and demonstrates master level proficiency and skilled focus on a specific area or need.

Position: General Maintenance Mechanic II
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm, with rotating weekend commitment

Experience:
1. 7 to 10 years of recent Maintenance experience with at least 5 years in specialty area. 
2. Healthcare Maintenance experience a plus.

Education:
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform required job duties.

Licensures/Certifications:
1. Valid Driver’s License in the United States with current insurance required.
2. Possess master tradesman license in specific area.
