Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance on HVAC equipment Be able to work on BMS System (computer) Change Belts on Air Handlers Clear Drains Change Filters Snow removal Requirements: High School Diploma or G.E.D. 3-4 years general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and power plant watch duties Valid Driver's License Salary Range USD $29.00 - USD $33.00 /Hr.
