Performs lubrication, cleaning, inspections, changes belts and filters in equipment. Performs repairs on heating, ventilating and air conditioning units, replace bearings, electric motors, gear reducer, air compressors, various electrical and pneumatic control components, etc. **40%** - Responds to emergency calls involving loss of utilities or equipment failure. Reset equipment and assists with repairs on HVAC equipment. Repairs are performed as time and expertise permits.
