**Job Title: General Maintenance Worker** **Job Description** Responsible for completing all general maintenance tasks with a focus on mechanical aptitude and the use of hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Grind metal shelving systems + Assemble components, machines, and racking systems + Perform painting and other general cosmetic maintenance/repairs + Ensure the working environment is clean and safe **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to operate hand and power tools + Basic mechanical skills + Ability to take direction and execute job lists + Proficiency in using a tape measure, grinder, and painting tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent work experience + Attention to detail + Ability to read and comprehend work orders and procedures in English + Reliable, on-site attendance + Willingness to learn and be cross-trained + Flexibility and multitasking abilities + Effective communication skills in English + Willingness to work overtime, including occasional Saturday mornings **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a pay increase once you become a direct employee.
