Continue your journey of ongoing learning and development as a Regal Rexnord General Management Summer Internship Program! Build your capabilities while growing your experience as an intern in one of our global divisions. The General Management Summer Internship Program is a full-time 10-week program where you will have the opportunity to address key business problems through meaningful projects that support our global business. As a program participant, you will have the opportunity to engage with executive leadership and peers, develop your skillset, and learn more about our culture of 80/20 and continuous improvement. Our program is designed to provide interns with exposure to Regal Rexnord’s culture and opportunities with successful intern candidates transitioning into our General Management Development Program.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and on a both to an MBA3+ years of work experience, preferably within an industrial products companyAbility to work in US without sponsorship
