The General Manager will lead the growth and profitability of our Oxbox business and provides an exceptional P&L opportunity to lead a joint venture.  The business is +$125M and will have dynamic growth over the near-term horizon. The General Manager will be responsible for setting strategic vision, mission and overall direction. This position will report directly to Vice President, Independent Distribution of Residential HVAC and Supply.  The General Manager serve as an officer of the joint venture.  This position is designated as Remote within the United States.

Where is the work: 

 Hybrid:  

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.   

  

What you will do:    

·         Lead the development and implementation of strategic growth strategies to achieve the organization's market share goals, expand a new distribution channel for Oxbox products, maximize sales growth, and optimize profits for the organization.

·         Monitor and support the sales and marketing activities in order to implement the organization’s overall market expansion strategy.

·         Monitor monthly bookings, revenues and margin forecasts and provide timely reporting and presentation of monthly and quarterly business results

·         Build relationships with channel customers and ensure efficient, thorough resolution of distribution conflict issues

·         Lead identification, prioritization and execution of growth investments

·         Direct the planning and preparation of business proposals, and make recommendations to senior management.

·         Collaborate with internal partners to ensure the timely delivery of quality product. 

·         Scale a customer service model to include warranty, technical support and customer service.

·         Lead efforts to ensure effective team execution and communication through review meetings, key performance indicators, technical excellence, customer/distributor relations, and talent acquisition.

·         Utilize HR resources and processes to effectively establish goals, lead overall performance, and ongoing development.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational integrity

 

What you will bring: 

Extensive experience with P&L leadership; results driven.Proven track record of successful business transformation leading to sustainably profitable growth; growth mindset.Bold, positive mindset, solid communications skills, sense of urgency.Ability to navigate complex situations and design win-win solutions.Experience developing and leading strategic initiatives from inception through implementation, working with culturally diverse teams.Executive presence.  Holds up well under fire, displays maturity; relates well to others and establishes credibility with senior leadership.  Holds officer position with Oxbox’s operating company with accountability to the board of directors.Strong change agent leadership skills; the ability to build and develop a cohesive team, and delegate and empower others while maintaining extremely high standards for the team.Comfortable working in and through ambiguity, with ability to create clarity.Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years leading in a sales organizationEducation Standard: Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred
