For IMMEDIATE hire!$55,000 to $60,000 salary range, plus very competitive bonuses (depending on experience)One week paid vacationCandidate will be required to complete operations training for multiple weeks at the storeCandidate may be required to work 50 or more hours per week (this is a minimum work requirement to be eligible for the salary)Although the General Manager will be required to work varying shifts, it is expected that he/she will be present for the busiest shiftsRestaurant open hours are 10 am through 1 am Sunday through Thursday, and 10 am through 3 am Fridays and Saturday (hours may vary depending on seasonality)Candidate must pass background checks and drug screening* GENERAL MANAGER REQUIREMENTS *
FIVE OR MORE YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY ServeSafe food manager certification absolutely requiredExcellent customer service skills absolutely required, with an ability to up-sellAccurate money handling skillsReliability, honesty, integrity, and commitment are very important!Able to work varying shifts per week, including opening and closing shifts where necessaryBe available to work on weekends and holidays as well as weekdaysBe able to work up a minimum of 50 hours per weekAuthorization to work in the United StatesMust have reliable transportationBackground check/drug screen will be performed* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES *
Run day-to-day operations of the Rally's drive-thru restaurantCreate and manage team member schedulesRecruit, hire, and train other team membersBe able to handle cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow dutiesActively manage and participate in the daily cleaning and sanitation scheduleMaintain employee records, prepare payroll, and complete paperwork to comply with all local and federal laws and regulationsComplete weekly inventory of food ingredients, paper supplies, cleaning supplies, and beveragesPlace food orders on a weekly basisServe as the main point of contact for catering ordersRespond to customer complaints and/or concerns when necessaryAdhere to all health requirements and food safety standards required by company policies and procedures, and the Maricopa Health DepartmentWork closely with upper management to improve customer experience and key metricsEnsure all equipment is operating effectively, and diligently work with upper management to address repairs and maintenanceFollow and participate in any additional training provided by the company's in store training as neededProperly maintain all records, including but not limited to purchases, supplies, employee documentation, and food safety related itemsJob Type: Full-time
